                                                                              LTR Class

Have you ever had your gait analyzed as you are running? Do you ever get confused with all the technical words like drop, pronation, over-striding, etc? Do you ever wonder what to do with your hands and arms as you run? Sign up for a Learn to Run Class taught by our experts here at the store. We hold a class once a month at our Runner's Corner location. (835 S 700 E, Orem, UT) Classes are $8 and include personal coaching and tips, your very own gait analysis, and preventative injury tools. (Normally at 6:30 pm and on either Tuesday or Wednesday night, depending on the month) Even if you are running 5 miles a week or even 50 miles a week, come sign up for this great opportunity to perfect your form and running and ultimately become a better runner. The club runs a few times a week and the runs are attended by runners of all ages and abilities. If you like competition, you'll find it at the club runs. On the other hand, if you're a middle of the pack or beginning runner, you'll find plenty of company at our club runs. Despite the high amounts of runners proudly wearing the eagle in the top finish places at many races, the majority of people that show up to group runs are amazing people that are not necessarily amazingly fast. We are keen to recruit new members of ALL levels and abilities, whether you are just starting on a fitness program or you want to run a marathon and beyond.

Thank your for your interest in the Sojourners Running Club. We are open to all those who wish to join. To join the club, visit or call the store: 801-223-9008. To drop us a line, click here.
