*=MTC Miles start just north of the MTC in Provo on the corner of 900 East and Stadium Avenue.
*=The Runner's Corner Loop is a 2.4 mile loop that starts at the store (835 S 700 E Orem) and heads north on 700 E until hitting the light at 800 S. We take a left heading west on 800 S until we hit State street taking another left and heading south on State until running into University Parkway where we take yet another left heading east and run along University Parkway until hitting 800 E where we take a left to start heading north then we hit 800 S again taking another left heading west until 700 E taking another left and ending at the store.
*=Canyon View Park is 1 mile up Provo Canyon on the left. We meet on the left side of the roundabout by the restrooms.
*=North Orem Bonneville Shoreline Trailhead (NOBST) is located about 1800 N. on Cascade Drive. Turn onto Cascade Dr. from the corner of 1600 N. & 1200 E. in Orem, just North of the Orem Cemetery. Take the road up until it almost runs into the Water Treatment Plant, where there is a switchback road to the left, follow that up to the paved parking lot by the restrooms.
*=Memorial Park is located at 850 E. Center Street in Provo.
*=Diamond Fork canyon is located 5 miles up Spanish Fork Canyon (from the windmills) on the left (just after mile marker 184.) Once you turn onto this road, the Three Forks parking lot is then barely over 9 miles up on your right.
*=Hog Hollow Trailhead is located at the end of Lighthouse Drive in Highland/Alpine. From Highland Hwy/11000 N. in Highland, take 6000 W. to the north until you reach Westfield Rd/11800 N., turn right and then take your first left onto Beacon Hill Blvd until it starts to curve to the right, from there take Lighthouse Dr. on your left all the way to the top, just past the last houses to the dirt parking lot by the retention pond.
*=North Orem Macey's is located at 880 N. State Street in Orem. We meet in the farthest Southwest corner of the parking lot.
